I purchased boots from the Cumberland Mall location on Friday for a concert, while at the concert the heel on the boot broke the same night that I purchased them, in fact it was in less than 20 mins of wear!! I returned them to the store on Sunday and was told by the rep that they have been receiving and selling DEFECTIVE shoes so the owner, Tunde, wants to see them and has to approve all returns and that he would call me Monday. He never has called TO DATE!!! The floor supervisor, Christina, called me a whole SIX days later to say they repaired the boot and that I CAN NOT exchange them and the receipt clearly says you have 30 days. They were rude, unorganized, and unknowledgable about their own policy and products!! Dont waste your money or time, the shoes may look nice but you won't get your money worth or good quality here!!! Unfortunately, I could not be helped, but let this help you! Knowledge is Power! Knowb4ushop
